Asset Management

Leasing Management

We manage and are responsible for the entire leasing process of the property, from initial leasing to re-leasing. Due to our proximity to the market and the properties, we develop and implement individual leasing and marketing concepts. We act quickly and proactively by personally accompanying every viewing with prospective tenants, thus gaining an immediate impression of the interested party and their needs.

Transaction Management

The driving force behind beRealEstate

Björn Erasmus has over 20 years of experience in operational asset and property management and in advising national and international owners and investors. He has been responsible for and successfully implemented numerous large-scale leases with renowned tenants and high-volume real estate transactions. As a member of the Management Board of BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management GmbH, Björn has been responsible for and achieved sustainable success in a variety of ERP, reorganization, and optimization projects as project manager and sponsor in recent years.

Björn holds an MBA in International Real Estate Management (Biberach / London) and is a Certified Black Belt Lean and SixSigma.
